At my very first doctor appointment I had him look over the weight training plan I had in mind. He approved it, at least until I get really big, as long as I was careful not to injure my joints. Well I have felt so crappy or tired, that I haven’t really been to the gym.
I decided to go today and it was pretty successful. At the end of my workout I started feeling really nauseous and gagging, so I stopped short of the last 2 exercises. But overall, I felt much better – a whole lot less tired.
Here’s my workout plan:
Sumo squats
Lunges
Pushups
Shoulder Press
Bicep Curl
One Arm Row
Seated Lateral Raise
Incline Bench Press
Triceps Kickback
** All of these performed with dumbbells, not a barbell **
